Karen D’Souza is a postdoctoral research associate – computational scientist at Idaho National Laboratory in probabilistic risk modeling. At the laboratory, she applies her expertise to develop generative AI applications for nuclear science and technology. Her research focuses on developing innovative solutions using multimodal AI, computer vision, speech, and natural language processing techniques. She is also engaged in adversarial robustness research, with interests in human-in-the-loop modeling, as well as applications of AI in education and healthcare.
